Excelleng roadside assistance

I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Richard Mashishi who assisted with my emergency roadside support yesterday (14 May 2026) around 19:00.

Within a few minutes of putting in a request I received a call from Richard, I immediately let him know that I have a flat tyre and I need a tow ASAP as I am on the side of the road and not safe. He maintained professionalism throughout the call and was able to quickly advise on an alternative solution to get my location so he can connect me with a service provider. Once a tow truck was despatched Richard called me to let me know that someone is on their way to assist me and then he added the service provider to the call.

From submitting a request to the tow truck arriving was 10 minutes if not less.

I would also like to thank Alu from the tow truck company who not only took care in handling my vehicle but also made every effort to make me feel comfortable on the drive to drop off my car.

The service from both Richard and Alu was outstanding and a far better experience than my experience in August 2025 with a different service consultant from Outsurance.

Once again a heartfelt thank you to both gentlemen who treated my request with professionalism and urgency. It is greatly appreciated.
