I contacted Outsurance regarding my policy and afterwards noticed something in the policy that I wasn't all clear about. I was told that the relefant department agent will contact me. When the agent did phone me, I explained my concern with my policy and while still talking the call was ended due to a network problem in our area. The agent tried a few times but the call kept dropping due to the outage in our area. The agent kept on trying until the agent managed to get hold of me and the agent went out of his way to resolve my concern and more. Excellent and friendly service and listened to my insurance needs and did his best to accommodate as far as he could. The best.
