The consultant, Tino de Lange, was as knowledgeable as he should be about the product we were discussing, giving clear and simple explanations and examples. I found him to be very approachable and friendly. Throughout the process I felt I was in good hands and found it easy to ask questions. More professional I could not have asked for!
