This has not been a good few months, first car and then "Burst water tank" so phoned Outsurance, within 30 mins 24Seven plumbers were with me, the tank replaced and water tray, new copper piping. Outsurance continued to contact me to ensure I was happy and all going well with the new tank installation. Well done Outsurance and 24Seven plumbers. Michael Corke
