Excelent service well done outsurance

I recently had a claim with Outsurance and a man Jacques Muller who was the assessor came all the way from Bloemfontein basically spent the day to sort out all my info and claim issues and finished only at 18h30 leaving the farm back to Bloemfontein. I myself had a few times experienced good service but Mr Muller went all the way considering diplomacy, professionalism and friendliness, s****fully with a broad spectrum expertise and knowledge in his field. Al I can say is well done Jacques. It was a pleasure doing business with you.
