EXCELENT SERVICE!!

WOW WOW WOW!!! I was unfortunately involved in an accident last week Monday and was not sure whether I should submit a claim with OUTSURANCE or not, but at the end I did, well, my mom. The service we received from the Outsurance team was awesome……………….AS USUAL!!! I would just like to thank the Claims Advisor, Phumeza Banzi and the Assessor (Danny) for the great service we got!!! On my way to the assessment I got stuck in traffic, I called Outsurance (cannot remember the person’s name but believe it was Phumeza) to advise them that I will be a bit late, so the lady told me that she will get someone to call me back. Very soon my mother called me and told me that she received a call from the Assessor saying that he is aware that I will be a bit late and that he will wait for me. When I arrived at the facility for the assessment, the assessment was done, the claim approved and arrangements made for the vehicle repairs within a matter of 2 hours. I am a very satisfied client and I will stay with OUTSURANCE as long as I can, that I can promise you!!!!!!
