Exceeding service expectations beyond measure !

I recently dealt with roadside assistance from OUTsurance for a flat tyre the company they used to assist me was an outsourced company that ended up damaging my wheel so that it now required being replaced instead of just plugged. The guy from the other company told me to lie to the insurance company that the wheel was fixed but I stood my truth just for him to end up lying about the entire situation I was left angry and frustrated but then I dealt with a true Angel from God Hloni from the claims department she truly went above and beyond to assist me and pleaded my case to management OUTsurance then paid for my wheel replacement out of their pocket I am Forever grateful you are a blessing and carry true compassion for your clients you are truly passionate about people and the service you offer. May God bless this beautiful soul and OUTsurance this means more to me than I can ever say thank you!!
