Eugene assisted me.....

Eugene assisted me...both this morning n later in day...I did complain about fact that I had problems in re-connecting with him but he did phone and amended policy limits as requested...very happy with latest service I got from Eugene...I hope my comments reach him personally as it's my experience that employers don't pass along the good comments but do so with the negative..
