Error in IT system

I have for several years now tried to correct my e-mail address with Outsurance - not once but 20 times.<br> The problem is not with the service desk - each person helping me has been friendly and professional - each time they correct the address and send me an e-mail that I receive at the specified address.<br> <br> The problem is that each time a few months later, the same invalid e-mail appears on the system again. Last year I escalated the problem and was assured that a call was logged with the IT department to correct it.<br> <br> Today I called to ask for a policy document - the wrong e-mail was on the system again.<br> PLEASE - GET YOUR IT DEPARTMENT TO FIX THE SYSTEM.<br> <br>
