Erna Swnepoel and the rest of the team which helped get my excess back.

My car was unfortunately in an accident where the roof of the carport collapsed onto my car as someone drove into the supporting metal pillar.

I phoned Outsurance and they were very helpful and made me aware of my options which were to either claim from the insurance company of the man who caused the accident or to claim from Outsurance and they would fix my car and claim the money back from the other insurance company. I went ahead with Outsurance because they do a good job and it is quite effortless.

Once the repairs were done I was put into contact with Erna from the legal department who would then claim the money from the insurance company. Erna got all my details and warned me that this process could be quick or could be painful and last for up to 3 years.

Erna just contacted me today to say that after having no luck and receiving pathetic offers from the other insurance company she was able to get all my excess back for me and wants me to confirm my bank details.

Erna and Outsurance staff were always willing to update me on the status of my claim and what still was required to happen. I really think that this kind of service where Outsurance fights for their clients is amazing and I really appreciate the whole Outsurance team who were a part of helping me sort out this claim.
