Enquiry lodged as a claim - be careful!

I made an enquiry to Outsurance on whether I could claim for a certain service. I was informed I couldn't since the amount is less than the excess. Obviously no claim was submitted by me and no money was paid to me. Two weeks later when I requested a quote for another vehicle I was told a claim was lodged on the date of my enquiry. It turns out a *****ulent claim was lodged by the consultant, Nolene Smit. Be careful when you do enquiries with Outsurance, better yet, do not do business with them.
