Empty promisses

My insurance premium is R 2046 with no excess on my cars. I received a quote for just under R 2000 from Outsurance BUT with a R 10 000 excess payment. They must think people are stupid to accept a R 100 deduction in premium BUT with an astronomical excess. Totally absurd.
