Empty promises, promises the world with ads.

I have R10 000 000,00 liability cover and when I needed them to pay a claim for less than R20 000, 00 for the Radisson Blu hotel in Cape Town they refused my claim. I also payed for damages before an assesor was able to get to site to prevent other damage or for someone being killed from roofing material falling 10 floors down. I will never advise anyone in my life to get insurance from Outsurance. Maybe you call yourselfs Outsurance because you dont pay anything OUT! You are made of empty promises!
