EMPTY PROMISES

Car accident occurred. Besides the fact that it was not my fault, I needed to pay the excess.

Scenario:

My car was towed to the workshop. When collecting; my spare wheel was missing and my engine light was on. I contacted Outsurance to inform them of the situation.

Outsurance response:

Outsurance informed me that they will provide me with a new spare wheel & tyre as well as cater for the diagnostic test, however they merely require the quotation for what is needed.

Problem:

After obtaining the quotations and then following up on the wheel scenario, I am being informed that I need to pay for my own spare wheel and diagnostic test and then I will be reimbursed.

I DONT WANT TO PAY FOR MY SPAREWHEEL OR DIAGNOSTIC TEST. I JUST SPENT R4K+ ON EXCESS WITH YOU, TO FIX MY CAR. SORT THIS OUT OR I WILL SWITCH TO ANOTHER INSURANCE. THIS IS CURRENTLY ONLY ON HELLO PETER, HOWEVER IT WILL SOON REACH ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS IF THIS IS NOT SORTED.
