Empty promises
I was called by Outsurance because they wanted to try and beat my current insurance. I was promised R500 if they could not beat my current insurance on my car. It so happened that Outsurance is WAY more expensive than my current insurance and they said that I will be paid my R500. This is almost two months ago. I spoke with a SAM who told me to send my policy documents, which I did. I have sent a follow-up email to SAM and he has not responded since a month ago. So they are full of empty promises.
