Empty promises
On Friday 24 January 2020 I got a call from Outsurance promising me a better offer from my current insurance company, unfortunately their offer was way more than what I`m currently paying and I was promised money back since they can`t beat my offer. The guy who was assisting me said an e-mail with a link will be sent to my e-mail, but I only received an sms with OTP number. I addressed this with Outsurance for two days now and the only thing they say is that they will forward the query to their Promotions Department.
What a ****!!!!!!!!!
