Empty promises- bad service

0-The service with OUTsurance is horrible, terrible and full of empty promises. You should have had the manager when we spoke on Friday morning beautiful promise that where never met. Still don’t know where and what is happening to my car. I decided not to call the panel beaters anymore as the are lying to me and the reason for us to meet was OUTsurance. Really the panel beater and the Avis car rental the allocated to me is like a nightmare. I wish someone can wake me up from this bad dream. It is heart breaking and horrible at the same time. OUTsurance please see my complain about Avis. They are *****ing my deposit. I’m tired. My tired is even tired.
