Empty promises and ********* business

<p>After joining outsurance on monday they gave me a deal and said they will not charge me for the joining fee. 2 Days later they withdrew a joining fee from my bank... I phoned outsurance on wednesday and they said they will come back to me at the end of the day. No one called. Again I phoned today and Bongani said he promise me that he will phone back. Nobody called. </p> <p>Thanks for one week of business but I am getting a new Insurance company.</p>
