Empty promises and refusing information requested

Claim No. *** - This is week 4 into our claim for burst geyser. Three sms received today for the first time (1) at 14h:10 "Good day Mr Breytenbach First Light (Uthatha Agencies Ltd) has acknowledged your claim and will contact you. Nothing. sms (2) 15:05 High Standard Projects (cupboard supplier) has acknowledged your claim - they did call me today - this job card was only submitted by Outsurance to them on Fri, 13 May 2016 - 3 weeks late! Sms (3) 15:31 "Please note that the estimated date of repairs is 17/05/2016". The 17th is today and this house remains a mess. Apparently Hello Peter sent an e-mail to my daughter reflecting that her Hello Peter post from yesterday had been removed at the request of Outsurance and Outsurance's response was to tell my daughter to refrain from posting any further updates on Hello Peter. Why, she is the one who has been sleeping and living in the lounge for a month!! How rich is that? ****** cheek. Would Outsurance's employees or the like, like to be living in these circumstances but its ok to just rake in our money - I have asked for mamagement to contact me, no response. Truth be told there just is NO service, NONE. And to send us an sms telling us today would be the completion date. I agree with "Joke after Joke" who seems to be having the same problem - 24th MARCH. Despicable and unprofessional.
