Empty promises and just ****s

All fancy advertising and empty promises, I called in to review my car insurance and the agent recommended that I also do a quote for my home insurance and if Outsurance can’t beat my current insurance they will pay me R1500, I was promised to be sent a link so I could claim the R1,5k since they couldn’t better my current insurance. I didn’t receive the link called in to complain and a team leader called me made some excuse about system being down of which if that was the case then they should have communicated and not wait for me to complain. It’s day 3 today still no link or any communication from Outsurance!!! Really disappointed considering I’ve been a client of yours for over 10 years
