Empty promises
They called me on the 08/06/2019 trying to offer me a better deal compared to what I'm currently paying. They unfortunately didn't beat meaning I was supposed to get R800 from them. I was told I shall receive an email with a link within an hour and later on 1 of the finance department employees shall contact me in regards to the matter. I only received an otp to use for the "link" I was supposed to receive. Even today, Im still waiting. Makes me wonder if claims are really paid out on time
