Empty Promises!
I requested a quote for insurance. I was called by a guy, I cannot recall his name. We went through the process of providing all of the details needed. After this he told me that there was no way that he could beat my current insurance rate and cover. He then told me that I could register/claim the advertised cash back from Outsurance and that I would get an SMS and e-mail to confirm this. I got the SMS with a special pin but not info on how or where to use it! And I got NO e-mail!
So this is how it works???? A whole lot of promises but when it comes to putting money where their mouths are, a person is led on a wild goose chase!!!!
Bad form Outsurance! Very bad form!!!!

I am not desperate for your R400 or whatever the heck it is. What is very clear is that you have no intention to follow through with your empty promises.....typical insurance company!!!
