Empty promises

<p>I recently called Outsurance to see if they could beat my current insurance premiums and they couldn't. I was therefore eligible for the R800 that they are promoting on the media. I was asked to send through documentation, which I did.</p> <p>I followed up with George Lekhabunyane from Outsurance, who has not yet responded to my query. Even if I wanted to insure with Outsurance, this incident has created doubts into the integrity of the company.</p>
