Empty promises

I requested a quotation on Monday 12th October, the agent failed to bit my current insurance.<br> I was promised that a link will be sent to me to upload my current insurance documents. Today is Thursday and still waiting. I was promised R400 but clearly all this was just a adverti*****t just to get people calling.
