Empty promise on money back

I received a call on Thursday, 14/05/2020 at 10:51 and the consultant promised to quote me and if they cant bit my current insurance I will be given R500.00 money back. After a 21min 49sec call he failed to bit my current insurance and said he will send me an sms to use to apply for the "cash back" and to date no sms came through. I am not pleased with outsurance's false adverti*****t. Please "changer dae behavior" and stop promising something that you know you are not capable of fulfilling. If you want to follow through on my unpleasant experience you may refer to the call recording as you claim that calls are recorded.
