Empathy and excellence

We were unfortunate to be one of the families affected by the devastating fires in Knysna in horrific June. Fortunately we were assigned Nicky Bohmer from Outsurance Building claims and contractor Sharon Kleyn from Schoeman Builders in Amamzintoti. They have made the experience bearable with their empathy and work ethic. Something very rare these days. We will be moving back into our house in a months time and would like to express our deep gratitude to these two people and their teams. We still need to sort out the content which poses its own problems but from the building side an absolute unqualified 10.
