Nothing short of exceptional! Broke down on the way away for a weekend. We made use of the help@out feature on Outsurance App and we were assisted in no time at all. Our customer service agent, Avril Hoskins, called us regularly to obtain an update on the progress of the tow-in and only when we are safe did she "close the case".
