Emergency Services non- existent

I was away for a weekend and upon returning water was seeping out of the garage. Upon entering the house, we found ankle deep water. I called Outsurance emergency no, only to be told that they could only assist the next day because they had limited services on Sunday.

So we were left to sweep up and clean out ALL the water. When I called on Monday Outsurance was all apologetic and wanted to assist me but I had already got my own plumber to fix.

I am highly disappointed and disgusted in their service!!! Is emergency services only Available during working hours and not on weekends????? This is not what I'm paying for. I need to know that a company has my back under any circumstances and unfortunately they DID NOT meet my expectations.

They leave me with no alternative but to find another reliable company who can meet all my needs
