Exceptional Service!!

I recently got a lower quote from another insurance company and I phoned Outsurance to let them know and I was firm in wanting to move to this new insurer. I had the pleasure to work with a true gem, Elrine Erasmus, she is a true beacon of great customer service and she made me feel like a valued customer and made it a point that they do not want to lose my business.

We worked through all the delails and she managed to give me a lower quote than the broker I dealt with.
