Sit borde op R21 dat dit die beste korttermyn versekering is 2023/2024. Nerens in media is enige bewys van die gradering nie. Dis ook nie dit wat ek ondervind het na 14 jaar by Outsurance nie. Omdat ek nooit eis nie het ek nooit agter gekom dat ek my geld in 'n droë put gooi nie. Nie 'n eerlike maatskappy nie!

We reviewed your claim and noticed that you cancelled your policy last year due the high excess on your claim.
Our claims manager called you in November last year to discuss the excess and that this is the first amount payable on a claim. The excess will not vary and is fixed. He suggested that you reduce your excess for future claims.
