Effortless process

I have had such great service from Outsurance for short term claims as well as pet claims. I lodged a pet claim on Wednesday night and by the time I woke up on Thursday it was assigned to Jessica and I received confirmation that the claim was authorised and paid within a few hours. Such a refreshing experience!
