Efficient staff
I got excellent assistance with Outsurance when I had to do my motor vehicle claim. From the claims advisor, Loreal Leeuwschut to the legal advisor, Marida Roux who were always only willing to offer advise and assistance when I lodged the claim with Outsurance. Their response to always provide feedback on time and as well ensuring that I eventually got my excess back.
