Efficient and easy (by phone) claim reporting<br> Immediate evaluation and appointment of a repairer <br> Short waiting period for excess (which in my case was huge ??????) recovery which really surprised me<br> <br> BUT<br> <br> The appointed repairer (HJ Bosh & Sons), despite a professional look and service, had few hiccups :<br> - broken indicator \\lever\next to the steering wheel - repaired by them<br> - damaged/punctured tire - tyre replaced by them<br> - windscreen covered with very thin film of clear \\\"\"paint\\\"\" - had to clean it myself<br> The above hiccups seriously affected my opinion about the repairer!! \"\"\""
