Efficient (outsurance) vs Frustrating (NAKED) Claims Experience

I recently experienced a remote jamming theft incident and had to deal with two different insurance companies at the same time.

My experience with OUTsurance was outstanding — the entire claim was assessed and completed within 2 days, with minimal back-and-forth. The process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free during what was already a frustrating situation. A bonus is they covered an Item i was not even aware was covered , and they suggested that they will pay for it.

In contrast, my second insurer is still ongoing after 10+ days, with repeated requests for additional information despite all relevant details already being submitted.

I understand that insurers need to do proper assessments, especially for incidents like remote jamming, but the difference in turnaround time and overall customer experience has been significant.

Based on this experience alone, I am seriously considering moving all my policies to OUTsurance.

That said, I hope my other insurer can resolve this claim soon and improve their process for future clients.
