EFFICIENT & FRIENDLY & ABSOLUTELY SUPERB !!!

For the first time in many years, I am a new proud holder of a fantastic product with a company that goes the extra mile to assist a client even with the most minute details. I spent over an hour on a telephone call with a Insurance Sales assistant ., Winston Madonsela, he truly understood my concerns and needs, not once was Winston pushy or trying to oversell me on the requirements that I had. He was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and I spent all in all over an hour on a telephone call that felt like I was talking to my best friend. Thank you Winston, it was truly an unexpected pleasure dealing with you. Thank you Outsurance, for having such a knowledgeable, educated and fun filled person working for you. You guys have truly overstepped the mark with your Customer Service. I wish all Firm's/ Businesses' had a Winston on the other side to sort out my problems and queries.
