Efficient, fast, clear and effective

I was in a terrible accident and as a result of that my car was written off. I am in the process of getting a new car, and one of the required documents from the bank was a confirmation of insurance letter. I sent an email to Jerome Klaaste last night at about 19:05pm asking whether he could draft this letter as it is pertinent to the process moving further. Just after 19:15 am the next day, he sent the confirmation letter. There was some outstanding information Jerome required and I sent it through. In no less than 15 minutes, he drafted an updated confirmation letter!!! I am beyond impressed with his efficiency! I never expected him to be this fast at all. Kudos to such excellent work Mr Klaaste. Honestly my experience with OUTsurance thus far has just been epic!! So thank you. It is refreshing to know we have efficient, effective service providers out there :)
