Efficient and Clear service

I called to get a quote to compete with a quote I received from another company, not only did they beat the monthly payment - but also way less on the access amount! <br> <br> The service I received was efficient, clear and concise. <br> <br> Its often that I speak to call centres and the agents mumble and one struggles to understand them but with both Carlin and RJ - I understood everything and RJ didn't even hesitate to speak my own language to me. <br> <br> They truly went the extra mile to assure that I accept that policy - not on their terms - but on MY terms. I told them what I wanted - and they made it happen. <br> <br> I used to work in call centres and I know how difficult it is to remain positive in such an environment. <br> <br> Thank you guys.
