Effective service from Outsurance

I claimed with my insurer, Outsurance, after a vehicle had side-swiped me on the highway. The service was excellent and, without much effort on my behalf, they were able to refund me my excess. My only comment would be that a bit more communication during the legal claims process would be appreciated but otherwise fantastic work!
