Eddie Nelushi should not deal with client......very rude and set on his ways
I have never dealt with such incompetence regarding a dispute, i looged a dispute regarding my claim and Eddie was allocated the responsility to assist me. Firstly the guy is rude in the manner in which he addresses one and he is abrupt and full of himself. The claim was rejected based on non disclosure and this was advised to us that the previous insurance had cancelled our policy and we did not disclose that. I took upon myself to address the issue with our previous insurer and they were able to establish that they sent tout an incorrect letter and i requested that they send me the correct one. They then sent it to me and because they had said as per my request here is the letter as requested then Eddie told me that i requested that they say that. How is that possible for me to instruct an insurance company and why dies he not call the previous insurer and verify that instead of throwing shade at me. I would like t odeal with someone competent and who has the willingness to do their jobs and if this is not saorted by the end of today i will be escalating the matter to the ombudsman and the FAIS ombudsman for treating me unfairly as a client. I did not need to resort to this platform to deal with a company that prides itself on providing good service.
Hello Sue78
We appreciate your feedback, although concerning.
Our general assessing manager, Albert contacted you and the matter was discussed in further detail. It was pointed out we received opposing information from our client's previous insurer. The 2nd letter gave rise to the rejection of our client's claim.
You were kind enough to afford Albert more time to properly investigate the matter and he will contact you again on Monday once all information had been gathered.
Thank you for your patience and accepting our apologies for the frustration both you as well as our client have experienced up to now.
Regards
Dinky
