<p>My recent claim with outsurance is finally approved, although it took time to get a result from the 3rd party which still as not been resolved, Angelique Brown took care of it with ease and didn't make it feel like a long drawn out process, she kept me updated and ensured she deal with the matter with great professionalism. Thank you Angelique Brown and Outsurance for paying out my excess. </p>
