Easy and efficient service

The claims process with outsurance is extremely easy and efficient. We were able to request a service provider closer to my home, to assist with repairs of my vehicle. Palace panel and paint did an amazing job, they kept us updated on the progress of the vehicle repairs and were very professional. Outsurance was excellent in trying to track down the third party that caused damage to my vehicle and kept us updated as new developments came up. Overall both outsurance and their service provider, Palace panel and paint, did a wonderful job on my vehicle and made the entire claim process stress free
