Earthquake August 2014

After outsurance send pp construction out in January to fix the damages to my house after the earthquake in August 2014 and now not even 6 months later all the cracks in the walls, sealings etc. starts to open again. I did call outsurance regarding this they did send out an assessor again. Outsurance say that they can't guarantee the work done because we are in a mine area and we get bumps from time to time. If that is the case why wasn't my house fulle of cracks from the day that i bought my house only after the earthquake all this is happening?<br> <br> I think the repairs on my house wasn't done properly and all work done must come with a guarantee. When I first complaint about this, they told me for the first time there is no guarantee on the work done. If the told me this from the start I would've done the repairs myself.<br> <br> I think this is really bad that you cant give a guarantee on the work you had done.
