Due to a domestic home issue I had to leave OUTsurance which broke my heart I have NEVER been treated as well as they do. My insurer then gave me notice a few days ago that they need to adjust my premium due to having a few incidents (various nature and obviously unplanned) so with this punishment for using my Accidental Insurance for accidents and being left naked and afraid of these premiums, I got a quote from another insurer which I accepted and from OUTsurance (worried of a high premium but I know the service level exceeds all others). I subsequently cancelled my other Quote and signed up with OUTsurance, even moving my start date to immediate. I now have a weight off my shoulders not feeling guilty for fear of claiming or worried about overinflated insurance premiums. A claim is stressful enough without feeling under scrutiny and OUTsurance understand and actually care.
