Dual Insurance OT***2

<p>We were dual insured for the pass four year with outsurance and santam , i had excellent service from Shaheza Mahomed who assisted trying to resolve our query. There were back and forth communication , blaming the various parties at the end no solution to our query. While in communication with Shaheza I notice that for the past four years Outsurance has had the wrong address what does this mean to me as a client , I have asked on numerous occasions where did you guys get the address where the vehicle was parked overnight ect when we located in Johannesburg and the address you had listed is a George address “19 JOHAN HEUNIS CRESCENT “ . I requested the voice recording more than 10 times and to date no one has sent any recordings , every time I call it’s another BullS**T story.I need to get to the bottom of all of this , thumbs up to you for coming to the party and paying half of our premiums back , however who is liable to pay the remaining half. I would like the voice recording sent to me before close of business today</p> <p> </p>
