DSTV Box Office movies-no response

<p>I am utterly frustrated with Outsurance and their lack of service. </p> <p>I enquired about a free, no obligation qoute from Outsurance a week and a half ago. I had a 45 minute conversation with a call centre operator and was finally given the premium amount which was higher than my current insurance. I advised the call centre operator and asked her if I was still legible for the 5 free BOX Office movies and she said she would send me a link. The link has never worked. I have made at least 5 calls to Outsurance since and have not yet been given feedback. </p> <p> </p> <p>My question is why advertise something if you cannot have the manpower to answer the phone or have your call centre staff at least be able to assist. </p> <p> </p> <p>If Outsurance can be ********* about 5 R35 movies why would i ever trust them with my insurance needs. </p>
