Dropped call

I called Outsurance to change my cellphone insurance with Musa. He was very friendly and helpful despite having to put me on hold as he was experiencing system problems. He quoted me a high rate and I wasn't satisfied so he let me speak to a manager. The manager then tried to see whether she can review my insurance policy but dropped the call after being on hold. She never returned my call. I find that unacceptable and will be taking my business elsewhere
