Dont waste your time....

<p>Spent 48 mins on a call yesyerday with 2 consultants yesterday. I called in to review my premium spefically. So with the first consultant, I explained to him why I called and said I would like to add cover to my wedding ring, no problem, all done and then said he does not have the authority to review so he transferred me to the facility review department. There, the consultant tells me that he cannot review my premium as the previous had already did. So why did the first consultant transfer me and tell me he could review my premium. I also find my car cover is for the book value and not retail. When I first took cover with outsurance, I was told retail value, now they say I have to pay extra for something I supposedly did not take. I also added something in the out and about items, again when I first took this cover, I was last July that it was not covered but they will listen to the original calls and get back to me. 12 months later and no response. The best part, though, I got a message this morning to say that outsurance was unable to contact me. There was no missed called from anyone. Be very careful when taking cover with outsurance. Quick to get your business and promise feedback and good service but try to query your policy with them!</p>
