Dont want to pay 1500 after not beating the cover

Today I had 2 quotes done with OUTsurance: 1st it was a funeral policy which I accepted and I was happy with the service 2nd was the car insurance which Florence the Lady who assisted me with funeral cover said I must do it and if they cant beat they will give me 1500.

I agreed to that and I had a lengthy session with another lady, she couldn't beat what I am currently paying and she said I will get an sms, but few minutes later I got a call saying I dont qualify because I received a payout 20 June 2020, and I asked the lady how long it takes to get a payout after they have paid and she said 2 years and I said its been 24 months since I got a payout so therefore I must qualify for a payout and she told me the system doesn't allow.

if it takes 2 years and the last one I did was over 2 year ago (20 June 202 to 29 June 2022 its over 2 years already) then why am I not getting the 1500 payout?

I was happy taking the funeral cover today with but at the same time got disappointed as now they don't want to payout.
