Don’t use outsurance

On Tuesday 19 November I was involved in accident with one of outsurance clients He had bumped me at the back of my car (which is already his fault ) The driver jumps out admits fault and hands over all the necessary information needed Accident report was filed And a third party claim was lodged A lady phoned me on 25 November saying that my claim has been rejected because the driver said it wasn’t it his fault Now how is this my fault if the incident driver has smashed the back of my car and turned into me ? Pathetic I lodged a complaint with outsurance and since Monday they’ve been telling me that they will get someone to contact me Nothing has happened and now I sit here with damages of 20k+ to my vehicle Reason outsurance can beat any ones quote is because they like taking money but not paying out when they suppose to Worse insurance company in South Africa Last year I had a 3rd party with one of Santams clients and within a week I was already paid out 5stars for Santam
