Don't trust outsurance.
I had and accident with an outsurance client. They where clearly at fault and even admitted guilt. My car was stationary on my drive way and I was closing the gate when the outsurance client came speeding and took my whole car out with my family in it. This happen on the 11/02/2024. Today the get a call from the legal team and they say they declining my claim based on the fact that he was avoiding somebody crossing thr road and it was an emergency. Yet theres no other witnesses that saw anyone cross the road.This is utter nonsense. Me the innocent party must sit with hospital bills and a car that's not drivable yet non of this is my fault.

I was totally innocent in this accident. Now I am left with a car that I worked hard for. That I must repair. Which I can't afford. Please look into it.

Yourl settled the claim in full with my insurance (out of court) so wheres the sorry legal excuse your gave me that yourl cant settle me because it was a emergency and yourl said accounding to the law yourl or your client is not responsible for the accident. Please don't make us like idiots with your legal lingos. We to can get legal assistance. I made sure I pushed with my insurance to recover the money. Because yourl take us for fools. It's an insult the way yourl **** to me and made me feel. My innocent family was injured in the accident and no sympathy what so ever,yourl where cold as ice. But at the end yourls lies prevailed and people need to know how deceptive and dishonest yourl are. Your legal representation was so rude to me and cold at the time of my claim. At the end of it all I am happy that I am settled.
